UPS Store Franchise Help
I've come across a listing for a existing UPS Store that is selling for 325,000. They claim to have a Yearly Revenue of close to 1.5 million and a Yearly Cash flow of 104k. Would this be a good idea to try to get more information or is the 325k price tag to high?

Ask for the financials and last years tax return. What's rent? Labor and burden? materials? leased machines? If he was making a million a year why would he sell for 325K. is he selling his share of the company. Sounds fishy
