what you need is to have some poor guy standing in a busy place with a box full of bottles of water to sell for 1$ each you would sell tons and a profit margin over 100% !
People will get thirsty and they do not want to wait in a que for 10 mintes to get a drink so they would rather give you 1$ and be done with it !

i mentioned the same problem as well, but if you take a deposit to cover the cost of the camera and if its by credit card you can charge double on their card.

Also people in a theme park getting thirsty like you said and selling them water at $1 a go - people could start queing trying to buy that product as well.
