I am new to this forum and was very unsure as to what category this belongs in. I apologize ahead of time.

My name is Alex and I am the founder of www.DoMyHw.com . I am not here to advertise, just seek help. Regardless of the negative comments I will get in reply, I have probably have been sent anything that you want to say.

I recently launched the initial testing phase to a small group of 200 people. Out of that 200 people I somehow have over 2,000 first time visitors in the past 3 days. I was not expecting anywheres near that amount and hoenstly can't keep up with it.

Reason I can't keep up with it is because, althought the backend of the site is very pricey software, there are still NUMEROUS bugs and glitches in the system. I also need functions either chagned around or added.

I know this is no web development forum but I am in dire need of a VERY skilled programmer who is looking for a long term business relationship and even a possible spot on the DoMyHw.com board.

I am unsure how to find one that meets the following criteria. I need someone who is fairly young that can see 'eye-to-eye' on the site with me and be motivated with the idea that besides for working for money, they work for the site to succeed. I can not go with some big named web firm. It just won't work for me. I am more so looking for a busienss partner who is a skilled programmer more than anything.

Any advice as to how to achieve this would be very much appreciated.

The drawback is many people in this target market don't have the means to pay via the internet.

The solution could be to integrate the system with people's phone bills

Under 18's tend to find ways to pay for their phones....it's a good way to leverage the telco's investment into thousands of physical shop fronts

Funny you say that. I created a group and invited 200 people. After three days there are almost 900 people. This is where the huge amount of traffic is coming from. I am going to hold back on promoting the site until I get it more user friendly and some glitches fixed. Hence my post
