Hello,

I'm looking for a web developer to work full-time/part-time on a new project of mine. Here are the specifications.

Required Skills and Experience:

At least 1 years experience with all of the following: HTML/JavaScript, CSS Working, MySQL database programming knowledge of and enthusiastic interest in keeping up with new Internet Technologies.
Must have some sort of Internet marketing skills and business skills.
Great work ethic. Must be enthusiastic and thrive in a creative start-up environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

PHP programming
Flash programming
Graphic design
And any other programming skills may become useful.

Location: You will initially be home-based with weekly Updates by email and e-chat.

If you meet all my specifications and strict criteria you will be welcomed abroad, as for pay there is not any pay, instead you will be given 25% acuity in the business.
