I am opening up my think-tank to additional applicants. We currently have 7 participants including myself, all with excellent resume's and pretty advanced programming skills (Assembly, AJAX, Java, Javascript, C, C++, etc.). All participants were found using the excellent resume search site http://www.gojobby.com

My current objective is to get as many people into the group, and the slowly weed out those who have low participation or lackluster ideas, while keeping a core group of developers. I would like to get the group back down to 5 or 6 "strong" participants.

Given the fact that I have such a solid development team in place, I am primarily looking for someone with good ideas...

I am liking the think tank idea...I have a couple ideas, but I am pretty busy currently.

Absolutely fabulous idea. A lotta good ideas wither on the vine because a single entrepreneur can't have a complete set of skills to start a business, and oftentimes can't afford to hire/contract for the skills he needs.

If I had time in my life, I would beg to be a part of this.
