In short, "AGLOCO offers a toolbar that display advertising. If you run the toolbar, they will give you a share of the ad money. They also pay you if you refer other people to use the toolbar."

if any one is curious about what agloco is, watch this 30 min video interview ( or some of it at least) with two of the founding members of Agloco.

Readings peoples corny splash pages and blogs should suffice as well. I don't find the video to be that great.

honestly, I think its just because I got lucky and picked up a couple of amazing direct referrals. There are tonnes of people with substantially more direct referrals than me yet substantially less extended.

Yeah it's so interesting to me the watching the performance of direct referrals. I have sponsored 42 in the last 2 weeks and 5 of them are doing 90% of the work. It's so great when you get people who are super motivated, coachable and determined. I really enjoy watching as their confidence grows with their results.
