yes you are right, and you wont make any money until feb-march. When the company is actually fully launched.

I don't believe Agloco fully fits the MLM bill:

    -Its free
-The time in which you join makes no difference towards you earnings
-Signing up under some one does not affect your own earnings
-If you don't bother referring others you will still earn money and shares (although a very small amount)

The fact that something very similar was already done back in 1999, and turned out to be so successful( more so for the members), leaves me to believe Agloco can be trusted.

AllAdvantage was launched by the same creators of Agloco. Its been 8 years since AllAdvantage, and I have not heard one testimony as to it being a scam. The majority of those involved received a moderate to excellent payout, all from a 0 dollar investment.

Now a question you may have is if AllAdvantage was so successful why did they basically go bust? Well I am no financial guru, but the basic explanation is they paid out more to the members then they put back into the company (EDIT: Not more, but paid out too much) . So the company was not fit for being traded on any stock exchange. It was a reported 120 million paid out out of 200 mill earned. ( I believe it was a 3 year run.)

It is for this reason Agloco is paying in Shares and Cash. How this will turn out I don't know. but if it turns out like I think it will I will be one happy guy. if it turns out like you think it will, I will have lost nothing...okay maybe my pride/ego maybe knocked a little bit.

It's a much easier sell once people actually start making money, which is crazy because it will be too late for those people. I'm not sure why more people don't sign up, because it is free. Sounds like the easiest sell in the world -- too bad it isn't.

    big,

i'm trying to figure this all out. i am not apart of any MLM program. i don't actually see a problem with MLM. it has made alot of people, alot of money.

entrepreneurs are a weird bunch of unique individuals and SSM's opinion about how entrepreneurs do things is pretty much dead on - but this seems interesting i'll have to admit.

how can i become involved? i do guard myself against junk mail and i do respect my privacy, i don't know anything about agloco so i don't want to sign up for ANYTHING and then have it blow back in my face.

but again, i find this interesting. how would signing up with you, improve my page ranking? how is your alexa ranking being impacted by what you're doing?

My alexa ranking is 100% impacted by what I'm doing. I created the site specifically to generate referrals. I figured my idea was unique and a lot of potential members would be interested in seeing how a referral network could grow. I couldn't say how your page ranking would improve but I do offer free websites similar to http://mikez.aglocotest.com/ for people that need some sort of splash page, etc. On privacy, this company has employed a "CPO" chief privacy officer. This title does sound like something fabricated to set people's minds at ease, but during sign up they dont ask for any personal details, just a name and email basically. Then you can add your details later when you need them to send a check somewhere. Let me know if you have any other questions.

i read through the terms of use, it was ALOT about how they use your personal information. to me, it's a bit strange. i'll keep an eye out and if/when i sign up, i'll use your referral link.
