Post Take Over My Client List

I'm looking for a company to buy me out of my 12 clients, taking over hosting, web site maintenance, and (if possible) domain name registration and online advertising. I'm moving on to greater things (family) and can't keep up with all the site maintenance.

Most of my clients also want support with Internet marketing. My average net profit per month fluxuates between $500-$1,500 depending on content changes.

You must charge them the same rate for hosting as I have at least until the end of the year. Average $10/mo.

    The sites include:
    1. 2 Finishing Equipment / Industrial Chemical sites
    2. 1 Disc Jockey site
    3. 1 Solar Panel company (with an open budget and lots of maintenance needs on a continuum)
    4. 1 'Find poker groups' site (anxious to start advertising)
    5. 1 Hypnotherapy web site
    6. 1 Ski DVD web site (needs help with e-mail marketing)
    7. 1 Film Proposals web site
    8. 1 Latina model (clean) web site
    9. 1 Orange County singer web site
    10. 1 Wellness web site
    11. 1 Toastmasters 'District' web site
    12. 1 Financial directory web site

Purchaser must take responsibility for domain name transfers, hosting transition, and professional introduction as the new service provider.

Contact me with your max bid. Serious bids only please. Thanks for your time and interest.

you might try sending a line to the people at adcstudio.com. he's a small firm but well established with some nice portfolio. Your customers would feel like they were in good hands.

    Steve,

How do you anticipate this buy out working for you? I'm interested in the proposition. We are currently in the process of a site redesign and have grown substantially over the past 6months. If you are still looking for someone to take over your clients then please drop me a line to talk.

    Best Regards,

    Richard Vinhais

    Thanks Everyone

The clients are still available; 11 of them at least. My wife and I have decided to lower our asking price for these clients to $2,000, which includes hosting, domain name registration, maintenance, and advertising income.

E-mail me for the URLs. Many of these clients have been asking me about a site redesign, so you could break even in less than a month.

I'm trying to transition these clients because it's my desire to only do online advertising, and to spend more time with my family. I'm burned out of the HTML thing.

    Regards,
    Steve

Why are these guys deleting your posts? I don't remember seeing anything out of form. Hope all is well.

    Cheers,
    Steve
