GDI is yesterdays news and there is no way you are making hundreds of dollars since August, you're lying.

If you aren't, post your GDI username and we can see if your on the leaderboard, which you certainly would be if you made that kind of money.

I have been in GDI for years and it just doesn't offer that much beyond the canned hype page you show us, and that doesn't sell.

Most people who sign up use that page because they can't design a site even with the SiteBuilder they give you, so when they don't make any money after a few months, they quit.

The domain names are no big deal, because they are practially impossible to get listed on Google and the hosting sucks because it is too restrictive and $10 is way too much to pay when you can get better for a couple of bucks. My downline got so low I finally cancelled and went on to bigger and better things.

No, I am not lying. I share more in-depth information than what I've shared here with my downline. GDI may not have worked for you, and it did not work for me at first (as I have already said), but it is working now. You must not be able to market, that's all.

I don't get it, the website had abit too much text so I only skimmed through.

to my understand, GDI is a hosting company, and for $10/month, you get a .ws domain name (i don't now for how long doesn't really say) and hosting. Doesn't really talk much about the hosting, but concentrates on getting people to join underyou.

I don't see how getting a .ws domain name and hosting is a great opportunity, unless I am missing the point right now, can anyone enlighten me?

The .ws domain extensions are being marketed as standing for WebSite. Hence, if the marketing succeeds, they will be very successful internationally. So far, the whole idea seems to be taking hold around the world - but not yet in the U.S.

The domain registration is perpetual, as long as you pay $10 per month.

I do agree with you that the homepage should contain more text about the actual hosting features - it's available through a link, but should be easier to find/see. In fact, this is one of the things I've been suggesting lately (to GDI).

The bottom line is GDI is just another pyramid. The way you make money is to find enough other suckers to sign up under you and if they don't or end up quitting, you don't get paid.

Not only that, but you need to teach them how to sign up more too, and that's not easy. You could never sign up enough yourself at $1 a month commission to make a real difference. My top commission in the years I did it was $68 and I didn't get excited over that. I did win a couple hundred bucks for making the leaderboard a few times, but that's not residual. Once you get paid, that's it, you have to do it all over again. The reason I didn't make more had nothing to do with my ability. Even though I signed up people, they just sat there. They thought all they needed to do was show that dumb page and people would be climbing over themselves to join.

If this sounds like I'm against MLM or Network Marketing, that's not the case. I think it's great and the only way most people online will ever have a chance at success. The only thing I object to is the product, there IS NONE. At least not anything that has real value.

If I promote any MLM or Network Marketing product it has to stand on it's own. If it costs more than I pay at the store, forget it. No pumped up prices or big signup fees just to support a pay plan for me.

Look, this is my last post in this thread. It's obvious you're not very open-minded. I would like to leave you (and others) with a few thoughts.

One, GDI is not a pyramid scheme. A pyramid scheme is just that - a scheme. It is a program where there is no real product, and it's only use is to signup others below you. Maybe some folks do get excited over $68 a month. It's certainly a start. Yes, there are people who sign up and do nothing - but you know what? That's their loss. They'll move on, and that's that. The problem is that you (and, when it happens to me, I) are not targeting the right prospects. It just means you try harder.

I'm done talking. It's a waste of my time, as you appear to have your own agenda here. However, I would have thought that for an old fart, you would have been a little bit more wiser than this.

You just made my point. If you think a $2 a month hosting account and another 62 cents for a domain name is a $10 product you have a problem.

The product is the HYPE they give you to sign up more suckers.

My only agenda is helping others, and if it means exposing cheats and liars that's what I'll do.

Sorry OLD Buddy- but I don't see how you have any right to come in and down play Stealth like that. I don't care about this GDI thing at all, I took a look but it's not for me. Now as i see it if you had looked at any of his other posts you can see the guy is not some cheat looking to fool others. I is trying to share what he believes is a good deal with others here. If people think its right for them then I don't see why they can't (sign up,join or whatever else you want to call it.) I was previously in Market America before but it wasn't for me, others that joing MA after me were making good money, I just didn't see me fitting in with that company. Which does lots of positive things.

So in closing I see no reason you feel you must come in here and play (spam police) we have a very good group of Moderators that do just a fine job thanks. So unless you are here to contribute in a positive manner how about keeping your neg. thoughts to yourself. Thanks.

Oh and before you accuse him of being defensive and name calling, I would do the same when someone comes in and tries to ruin and bad mouth myself or what I believe in.

So you're saying if I know from personal experience that someone is lying about making hundreds of dollars from an opportunity I know absolutely that he could never do without making it on the Leaderboard, I should just let the suckers swallow the bait and not say a word.

I'm not playing spam police and can clearly see than everyone is welcome to post links. What I am saying is he doesn't have to lie about it to get people who don't know any better to join with the idea they will make a lot of money. If they want to join anyway after they read the responses, then more power to them.

I know I sure wouldn't want to be suckered into thinking someone would be a mentor to me as he offers, then later find out they don't know squat about it and had to lie to get me in.

I would think I have just as much right to express my feelings and opinions as he does or anyone else. Just because they are against his doesn't mean they are not valid.

If you have the time to go back and read the entire thread I think you will see that's the case. I never said a word until he berated another guy who posted his own link.
