I am fairly new to these forums and when I first came across this community I had expectations that this would be a great resource to meet like-minded, talented individuals and to create some possible business partnerships. I hope my expectations are met.

I am looking for one, or a team of, very smart, dedicated, versatile, and visionary web developer/s to work on and become part of a series of web projects designed to fitbinto a larger network of sites. This project is 100% ready to go once a proper web development fit is made. We are facing a first-to-market situation where time is of the essence.

No employees/partners/owners in this company will be taking equity draws from the company for a period of 3 months from completion date of the project. This means that if you are interested in coming on, you won't be paid for three months after the project is finished (The project will never be technically finished, as this position/partnership offers growth and long-term potential).
