Starting a massage equipment supplying business

Hi,

I want to deal in business of supporting equipments and mechanical aids, with the growing market of massage therapy and alternative medicine. To be more honest I was working in a HR firm and recently retired. So I don’t have much experience of running a personal business. Please help me in gathering information and preparing a strategy to startup my business.
Thank you for any information you can give.

ok....

what you need to do is put aside all the whacky ideas you think might work, and instead focus on replicating what is proven to work

this means that you have to copy 3 Minute Angels, as this is the only sucessful massage startup that I know of, and the only one which I have seen being able to scale to $10m+ revenues over the past 3 years.

what you need to remember is that recent HR/OH&S legislative changes are requiring companies to provide stress prevention options for their employees. that's how you need to sell your services.
