I need some one from Dallas TX who is experienced.
Banking/finance industry experience is a plus!

We are a really a small company (inc-ded) who just finished a hi-tech product (web-based) that is
a bit revolutinary and hence looking for early adopters (all this is figured out, couple of potential ones lined-up,
and collateral is available for sales). Our primary focus is banking and financial industry. We are not funded
at this point of time and are in the process of getting some investors and/or bootstrapping from a potential
initial customer.

We will have some agreements in place on compensation purely on commission (very handsome % of recurring rev for few years) and equity. This will be a part-time opp with no benefits; All the pre-approved business-related expenses are covered. So basically will be dedicating your time. As such, you will sign an NDA/NCA and you get the opportunity to testdrive the product and after that you can decide to join or not.
