Sounds like a good idea, but I have to agree with the other person. Cigarette selling is an extremely saturated market online, as bad or worse then Adult (Porn). So many people are already doing that it is not even real. Check google and see how stiff your competition already is.

Selling cigarettes online is a very competitive business. You should do a research to see how feasible it will be for you and if you still want to enter that business.

I dont think that will be a good idea. anyone can just go to the store for that matter. i dont think people will want to buy online givin that they will have to wait for theres cigarettes to come in the mail. You should check out the electronic cigarettes they will be great to sell online. if you dont no what they are then google it. hopes this will help.

why not market in the US. there are tons of smokers here and also, if you put an "agree to terms of service" type thing saying that people agree that they are 18yrs of age or older, i don't see how you can still be liable
