Exclamation Seeking Entreprenur Team

Hi Guys,

Im 19 years old, and im from Western Australia... yes the land down under.

Im looking for a team of young people who wish to start an entreprenurs lifestyle just as I wish to. My proposal is simple. I wish to gather a team to join me in my quest for a greater financial freedom. I DO NOT want people who think they can own the planet by placing a few google adwords here and there.

I plan to form a support group for these individuals where we can as a group identify income streams and help one another to achive our goals.

I would love to welcome those with one on one retail experiance, and IT experiance. This is to be a commited group of individuals.

Im looking for intelligence, social skills, determination and patience.

Guys, if your interested email me at michaelfazio@iinet.net.au

feedback: there is a number of things you can do to improve your response rates

you may want to ask questions about the things you can do to have a better chance at recruiting a quality mastermind group

response

Thanks akula, but I hate to sugar coat things.... it gets tiresom after a while... all those big adverts with MAKE MONEY NOW!!!.... theyre so annoying.... Im looking for intelligent people, who can sell a particular range of products. All will be made clear in my email response.

Its commission based, you can do it from home, and you will make nice residual income if you stick to it for a while.

I will not sugar coat this, i will outline the venture, give you the basic information, and I wan't you to research it all for yourselves... then get back to me in your own time. I could give you 1 million reasons to join me right now... but id rather you found those reasons out for yourselves and then get back to me.... Never let somone else make your mind up for you... Its weak to do such a thing.

All im going to give you is a business name, and the opportunity to join AFTER you have reaserched it for yourself, and decided you like the proposal on your own terms... Then we can begin to setup a nice support group to help each other... chat, forum... email newsletter, news server... something on those lines. We can cross that bridge when we get to it.

One more thing.... if you live in China, your especially in a position to profit in the long term, for a great reason which ill explain in my email resonse. If you live anywhere else in the world, its still a great opportunity for you too. In any case, I hope to get some Chinese in on this, it will REALLY help the group. If you know any, bring them along :P

Just incase you were wondering... we arn't selling a chinese product or anything along those lines :P ..... i can see it now "a group of spirit filled noodle sales men and women" lol

michaelfazio@iinet.net.au << get back to me

1) Don't recruit young people. They're mostly stupid and useless. With a few notable exceptions.

2) The point of a mastermind group is to learn from people who are smarter than you - this excludes all the suckers who would fall for what ever MLM, China scheme you have cooking.

3) You need to be taken under the wing of successful company directors / and/or executives in WA.

If you'd like to know more about the sort of things you can do, to get mentorship and build a mastermind group of people who are a lot smarter and more successful than you you are, then you can ask that and I'll cover it.

Point one: To get results, stop trying to recruit useless people who you want to use for what ever crap you have on your mind.

Be humble; your objective is to learn from successful people in your immediate geographic area, not, unemployed 17 y.o high school students in Meryland USA.

ok

Some harsh comments there... not all young people are stupid surely? Im asking young people for 2 reasons... this is the *young* entreprenur forum... and 2, Im 19 myself.... 17 year olds is pushing it... My offer isnt a "scheme", and my objective is to form a body of minds to work together, and learn off one another.... me included. I have a very strong upline, a very strong product, and a very strong company. My upline consists of one person in particular who is a very wealthy associate of the business I'm an associate of, and also a fantastic mentor, and author... Iv'e researched for the last 6months into this business, I'm not asking people to be "recruited" after 2 days of hype.

akula, I wish you all the best with southern cross ventures.

an unfortunate point of view on your behalf.

Strongly Disagree there. This is young entrepreneur forums, so you basically just put down the majority of people here. Depends on your view of "young", but I would say the majority are not young and useless, it is the exeption which are.
But you from accross the ditch, so it may be different over there

yeah, I'm not putting anyone down....people participating in this community should be the exception.

but the point for mfazio is to recruit people younger and smarter than he is. this typically excludes young people.

likewise, in several academic studies on this matter, the characteristics of successful boards is pretty clear. good mentors are about 15 years older than the CEO.

Hey I'm an Aussie too!

It does seem odd to discount young people as intelligent ones who can be entreprenurs on a young entreprenur forum dosn't it... No one is hear to start an argment tho...

But first let me clear something up F360.... Aussies are smarter than you think... even if we are all convits ... but I forgive you, as your taste in cars superseeds your opinion of people from "accross the ditch" lol... never heard that one before... funny tho

Young people are not stupid... they are the driving force to the future, I understand that. I have seen more dedication and passion for success in my associates who are under the age of 21 than I have in most older ones. We chose businesses, products, properties etc that have a long term future to maximise our investments. People are investments too... Young driven people who want to succeed in life are, im my opinion, one of if not THE the greatest investments a person can make...

Somone made that investment in me, and that person has not only helped me become a better person with a greater income, but given me the opportunity to do the same for somone else, and at the same time... made money for themselves...

akula, don't ever say that young people are mostly stupid and useless. Its potential for success that makes them such a valuable asset to any business.

The whole point of a team approach is to help one another, and to learn from one another... Please don't insult my intelligence akula... I can assure you that I'm not as stupid as you think.
I can't understand why people initiate these attacks sometimes... Is it tall poppy syndrome? The urge to be more successful than others at all costs? akula, better yourself by helping others rather than attacking them. And that comment isnt an attack, its heartfelt advice.
