New Internet tool provides an automatic system to help develop personal relationships and create more business.

How many times have you been struck with the guilt feeling that hits you when you instantly realize that you forgot to send a thank you note? How many times have you wish you would have send a “thinking of you” note to someone who you know needed your support and encouragement, but you never sent? How many birthdays and anniversaries have you forgotten? And how many times have you wish that you would do a better job staying in cultivating your business contacts?

Personal attention. Everybody craves it. A handwritten note is one of the most powerful marketing pieces any person can create, mainly due to the fact that no one sends them anymore. Email is so easy to send that a handwritten note can actually stands out in today’s fast-paced world. And it’s not just in our business life we don’t do them enough, it’s also our personal life.

I recently came across a service, which has revolutionized the way people can stay in contact with their loved one’s, friends and even business associates.

Recent technological advancements now allow independent professionals and small business owners the ability to send a highly personalized (your own handwriting) greeting cards and postcards, mailed on demand within a few mouse clicks. The entire process is completely automated.

Wait, you might be thinking this is email – it’s not! This is an activity you manage from your computer, but the cards are sent through the US Post Office to the recipient’s front porch (or office)!

Here’s the a way businesses can use a service like this:

The Autoresponder Series – You’ve heard of it. You sign-up for a newsletter and the next thing you know, you get numerous automated responses over the next year. We’ve taken this process a step further – offline. Imagine meeting someone at a networking event and then firing off a hand-written note the very next day that offers a nice tip and thank you for their time. Now, imagine sending another well-timed note, offering more and more information, once a month for the next year. . . without lifting a finger. What if a client made a small purchase and then received a thank you card in the mail and then another one 30 days later that introduced a premium upgrade service? Send Out Cards can create all types of campaigns that will automatically send out thank you cards, birthday cards, holiday cards and promotional postcards. This consistent contact builds trust and allows you to gently promote new products and services very easily, almost automatically.

Salespeople, Financial Planners, Real Estate Agents, Dentists, Accountants, Home Service Providers, Lawyers, Doctors, Consultants, Info Product Sellers, Home-based Businesses. . . think how powerful this service is for every type of business. The uses for automated cards are endless in any industry.

But, the service doesn’t stop there. You can upload photos. That means, if you have a new product, snap a picture and send out a postcard to 200 or 300 of your contacts to let them know about the new item. Or, say you want to do a baby announcement. Upload the photo and let everyone know about your new arrival.

This new and exciting way to stay in contact with those you care about, grow your business or you can show other people and business how to use the system and earn extra income – you can easily claim ownership of a full service “Greeting Card on Demand” company.

For more information about this system and to get a free, no-obligation “test drive” email me. If you want to talk over the phone about this system (and business opportunity) please email me with your phone number.

Thanks for your time,

Ryan

For business, I've always thought the most professional way to send a letter is typed, not hand written. This service seems to be more for personal use, and not corporate. Handwritten is more personal, but I'm not sure if it conveys the professional image I would want my business to have.
