Hello,

We are considering real estate website design for our broker site, they have told us that after the site is done I should consider search engine marketing to get the best ROI on the site. Has anyone used SEO services before? I am a newbie to this field and am not sure if it will be worth it. Please advise.

SEO? man, you have a very long way to go, but stay in there... surely the YE members will educate you. Too bad our queen of SEO Versas is not here right now.

SEO is a bit costly but it will in fact get you a better investment though.

Do a search on Yahoo or something... search for "SEO Services" and go from there. SEO marketing has 1 main purpose, optimizing your website to be able to get higher rankings in the search engine and a better PageRank.

Do some research for differenter companies though as I said, search "SEO Services" or go to http://www.seobook.com --- I've heard many great things about this book. It simply teaches you how to do SEO optimization of your site (in short if that didnt come across clear: It teaches you how to do SEO) --- its only $80 for the eBook the last time I checked, and it'll save you almost $800 (many SEO companies that are reputable charge around $800+ for 6 months of services... may not sounds bad, but remember, your not the only one they are working with so they may have LITTLE time to do optimizing on your site.)

^^ First thing's first, you may want to provide a website that proves your a reputable SEO optimizer. Or atleast provide some past clients who can speak highly of you... it might help you better if the person does choose you and your prices are right.
