Sorry about the spelling by the way. I am honestly going to take a chance. I don't want the people around me to pass me. I've looked at the facts from all points of view and I honestly don't see anything wrong with the company. It makes profit. Has great products, i think about 500, most of which are rated #1 and #2 by consumer reports. And has over 1000 affilate parnters which i personally shop at on a regular basis. You can see them at my site, not the affilate partners because you have to become a pro-sumer but the other products. I understand what your saying about the family oriented part as well. It is honestly just by the same type of products that you use every day and supplement then for products that are on your site. Then train other people to do the same. To me its helping myself while i'm helping others. If it doesn't work out it was only a minimum investment and if it does, it was well worth it. So...i'm going to take my chances.

That's fine - take your chances - but you've been doing what everyone HATES about MLM's since you got here which is defending something you just admitted you have no idea about and are having to take a "chance" with. People know when you're presenting fiction as fact, present fiction as fiction until you know it's fact - then it's a whole new ballgame and you'll be armed with a decent sales pitch.
Come back when you've made 6 figures and show me YOUR statements, then we can talk business.

this year, my friend is taking a graduate position with the Brunai diplomatic corps (he'll be working for the department of foreign affairs)
he will spend his 20's traveling the world, meeting beautiful women, going to all the best parties and doing business directly with CEOs of companies like Shell
He has made the right decisions on how he wants to spend his youth
There are a lot more, other amazing things you can put your mind to (other than foreign diplomacy that is...)
that's the kind of life that I wish for you to have, away from all this crap that you're gravitating towards

This whole idea of owning your own buisness sparks intrest for millions of young stupid college kids. This so called buisness opportunity if for the uninformend and the young adults that are lazy and probably not attending college. Notice how at most of the conferences and meetings for the motivational speakers the main audience is all kids usually under the age of 25. See i can think for myself and I don't need someone to tell me what i should think a real buisness is and that every business is a pyramid. This whole quixstar bS is like a dang cult following. I just wanna know how many of you ignorant people is going to drink the kool aid. First of all Quixtar isn't a business, its and idea and an intangable internet idea at that. A "business" with no stock, no overhead, you manage nothing tangible and you have no employees. The FACT that in order to succeed in this business scam you MUST get other people to join, and then they get people to join and then they get people to join is a screaming reality that some people just can't grasp because they become brainwashed with the idea of being wealthy and living good. Lennon Ledbetter pretty much made my friend steve that he was going to be a millionaire in the next 2 years. Who the hell can promise that. The best part about this is that I have had friend who tried this quixtar thing and i made sure they kept all of their finances (i'm a financial advisor for personal clients) and 75% of them ended up in the red at the end of a year. And im sure your going to argue that they weren't working hard enough and doing enough. Hmm.. so lets seee about the success stories. I haven't met a 25 year old that has lots of money because of this. You argue that a pyramid scam is just like every business; that there will always be someone under and above you and in most cases you'll never reach the top. hmm. But lets see. IN a business where there is stock options (which make a company worth money in the first place.) and CEO's and tangible product and stores where people spend real money and there are bank accounts and actual overhead which in turn creates profit. You can argue all you want that the business opportunity is a great thing but i can personally garuntee if you approach any educated business/marketing major that at least a sophomore in a college they will abruptly shoo you off. I think that this is a disgusting disguise for a bunch of old guys to make money of off ignorant college kids. Have any questions?

New Freedoms,
Contact me if you are still with this company, I just rescued a friend of mine. If you like this business model, its about the leadership, support, product, and comp plan.
Quixstar/Amway has none of the components I mentioned above.

Sorry to burst the haters' bubbles here, but I know a few people who make 6 figures with Quixtar too. My sponsor for 1. He just bought a new BMW 6 series, cash and bought a new 6,000 sq. foot house. I'd suggest actually talking to someone who has had success with the business to get your facts. The people who are successful in the business know what they are talking about... or they wouldn't have been successful.

By the way I don't claim to have made millions in the business. I just know people who are successful, that's all. I know they are great people and they help their team grow. It's all about helping others be successful. The leader isn't successful until he helps other become successful... thats what most people don't get. If a leader in the business never helped anyone become successful, HE HIMSELF would NOT be making 6 figures. Again, don't hide behind a computer and try to do research online, talk to a human being who is having success with the business.
