The qualifications we are looking for are as follows, a minimum of 8-10 conference calls per week for motivation, education and recruiting strategies, extensive experience with internet marketing and online targeted traffic skills, extensive experience with live Biz Opp. meetings, training and development of new MLM leaders to expand and develop new domestic and International Markets, this will also include basic duties of day to day operations of an MLM Vice President.


The Vice President position I'm offering will be on a profit sharing for a probationary period of 8 to 12 months based on projected results. The percentage of profit-sharing if agreed on can be converted into equity within a time frame of achieving targeted benchmarks. Must be willing to relocate to Miami once the profit sharing is converted into equity.
