Players of America (www.PlayersOfAmerica.com) for sale

Hi guys. Alright, here is the deal. I posted a similar thread in the "Websites for Sale" section, but this is much more informative. The business is a sports handicapping (selecting events) business currently with no store front of course but originating in the Ohio (United States) area. Everything will transfer clear with all paperwork and business documents. Players of America and Players of America are the same site (mirror sites) which lead to the same location. Before we go any further, I want everyone to rest assured that a business like this is 100% legal and legitimate. Gambling may not be legal in all 50 states or elsewhere, but giving advice is and that is exactly what I do. I hired a lawyer and had papers professionally filed so do not worry about legality.

My name is Grady and I am the sole owner and operator of this place. I'm a recent college graduate and I absolutely love sports. I follow nearly every sport religiously. I'm also a gambling sort of guy, but as a college student the funds aren't exactly there. So sitting in class one day I contemplated how I can continue to get the thrill out of this hobby with less of a risk. I figured I'd give this a shot and I couldn't be happier with the results. I originally wanted to start this up with a cousin of mine and he sort of backed out. I have a couple buddies that help me out here and there, but the majority of it is me.

A little about Players of America. I began this thing just about a year ago (at the start of the 2007 MLB season) and took things the right way every step of the way. I was professionally monitored for legitimacy and in my first season I led the leaderboards to even my suprise. As I saw customer after customer contact me and sign up, I knew I was on to something. I hand made my own site and it was pretty rough to start. Once off the ground I was able to hire someone to create something a bit more professional and easier for me to manage. Today, the sole reason for selling the business is my lack of time needed. I refuse to sit back and not put 110% of my efforts into selecting events and giving them out to clients who I've established great relationships with. I hope to get back into something like this, but I can't let such an opportunity just sit around for a few years.

Like I said, the new site is outstanding. I put it up to any other in the industry as far as functionability and attractiveness. It has a very extensive database which tracks and monitors users (names, emails, etc.), sales, records, plays and more. I could go on and on. Also, there is an option for an Administrative login, Handicapper login and Client login...all with different accessability levels. I've invested an unimaginable amount of time AND money into this. I've spent thousands on advertising in Vegas and elsewhere across the country. I could truthfully sit here and go on and on about each and every little detail of the company, but it is useless until I find serious, interested buyers. I'm more than willing to wheel and deal when it comes to this but I refuse to let it go to someone who does not care or won't take it seriously. All email addresses, bandwidth and all that stuff included and so much more. 800 number too (1-877-POA-WINS). The opportunity for this company is incredibile. If I could afford to sit back and give it time, I am 100% sure it would pay off in the long run but at a young age I can not. Feel free to browse around and PLEASE do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, comments or concerns at all.

OK guys, I uploaded a few screen shots behind the administration panel of the database because it is finally time to move this thing. Of course the screen extends to the right a bit more with a few more options...but couldn't fit it all. Also, the site is listed on eBay and ends in two days to be sold to the highest bidder. Here is the link:

    All,

Alright, I've contacted a broker and we've sat down and agreed my initial asking price was too high for such a infant company. I've cut my asking price in half and have had several offers at or above this price but simply threw them away because I felt the site was worth much more and has unlimited potential.

I'm opening it up to this forum now for offers once again. If you contacted me before regarding this company, do so again. My asking price for this site is nearly equal to the net profit sales IN ONE SPORTS SEASON (not one year...three seasons in one year). That is how bad I must move this thing. I do not wish to talk price publically so please Personal Message me or contact via email. I'm sacraficing a bit less but giving someone else the incredible chance to take this thing to the next level.

Thanks and best wishes as always.

I will move this site today for the first $6,000 offer. My site profited more than that figure in its first year and I have financial thumbnails to prove. Solid client base, must move.
