Overflow Work for a Designer

Hi

I am looking for a web / graphic designer whom
I can offload some work to. At the moment I am
getting a bit more work than I can handle. Most
of the jobs are small but I have plenty of work.

I need someone who has a very creative mind and
if particularly articulate in designing web graphics
and template layouts.

I am after someone who can match my style -
this is important and who can meet strict
deadlines.
I design for a particular market and if you
have spare time on your hands and think you
have what it takes, then please message me
with a portfolio and brief bio of yourself and
your past experience.
