Question Online Auction site looking for entrepreneurs in the US

    Hi fellow entrepreneurs,

I'm the owner of an online auction site called Allbidders.com. I'm working on making this site
    an internationally recognized business.

I'm looking for a few people that would be interested in helping me to build my
    auction empire in the USA.

My Idea is to build a network of Allbidders business agents in some major citys.

Your job would be to build up listings and sales in your designated Area.

This will be entirely a commission based relationship between you and me.

I propose an overriding commission structure, where you get paid a percentage of all sales
that are generated from your designated area.

Any brainstorming of Ideas would be most welcome. If you are interested please PM me
for further discussions via email or messenger.

    Best Regards, Allbidder

Hi Nado, to answer your questions ...the main difference is that we don't charge any basic listing fee. This means lower fees as people can re-list their goods until the Item gets sold.

However the very reason for this post is to find some people that would be interested in working with me to make many improvements to this site.

    cheers, Allbidder

auction websites are so darn hard to promote, you first need people to sell stuff for peopel to even visit, but problem with that is, you need people to buy stuff for anyone to even consider selling stuff

Dude, before you even think about trying to get people to visit the site, you're gonna have to sort it out first. It looks terrible, I've seen this script around and maybe you could have modified it about first. Also, google ads just make it look terrible. People wont like paying to list something and then having the site littered with adsense.

On another note, you would be better off if you started with only a few categories, this way it is easier to make the site look full and busy, and its also easier to build up traffic. Also, I dont think having agents will make any difference, cos if you have no traffic to begin with then there will be nobody to buy the products you list.

You should reconsider this venture, their are easier ways to make a million than this.

Thats what I like some constructive criticism ... you're right about the look,
my designer is currently working on a new look.
About the google ads you have a point and I will reconsider this issue.
