deleting accounts is what should happen, deleting a thread does not show any balls, as they will just post more, close there account and they will soon give up having to sign up again, or block their email address if poss

If the post

1) explicitly tries to advertise a business without the request of it.
2) interrupts others with information not pertaining to the thread.
3) uses foul language and creates a negative environment (the thread can be closed as well)
4) floods the forum with many copies of the same message.
