    Exclamation NightClub/Restaurant Opportunity

Recently there has been a several clubs shut down in this popular town in New Hampshire due to loss of liquor license. The reason for the loss in license is due to fighting and so on... I am currently working as a bouncer in the only remaining club left in the growing area. This is just a night job for extra cash as I also own a local advertising agency during the day 9-5. My point is that there is a overwhelming need for a new club in the area. Security will be the major backbone for this operation as the liquor commissioner is really tough as is the local authorities. The club I work at cannot keep up with the demand and is bursting at the seems.

What I need is someone who has the money and interest to get involved with this enormous opportunity with me. Marketing & Advertising is not a problem since I already provide this service. There are several spaces available on the market right in the heart of things that can cater to a NEW nightclub.

Local Colleges & locals flood the scene every night.
I have many great ideas to share with the right person.

I am probably one of the hardest working individuals you will meet. I have the drive and the vision. I DON"T HAVE THE CAPITOL FUNDS TO GET THIS OFF THE GROUND. THIS IS A HUGE OPPORTUNITY for the right individual.

    Lets make money together.

My name is Brian Fletcher and I have a $$$ Vision.

Most often the clubs that get shut down open up with a new name. I don't know about your area, but obtaining a liquor license is not so easy. Neither is the operations of the club, it's a lot harder than it looks. I don't know if bouncing at a bar qualifies you for running it. I doubt an investor will back you on your own. Try to find someone that has experiance running a club/bar and sell them on your passion. I don't know if that would work, but remember the old quote about the shots you don't take.

I'm not trying to burst your bubble, but know what you're getting into and good luck!
    Thanks,

I'd think this would be an opportunity to go to the last remaining club owner with a business plan to expand, and that you can execute the operation.

    Good luck,

    Good luck,
I agree with you. However, since the club is doing so well, it is better to not have the competition.

I guess I'll be the different thinking guy in the thread. I suggest if you're game/ambutious enough, find a lounge or a resturant that you can rent out with a liquor licence and throw your own parties for the college scene. If that does not work pm me and I'll give you some other ideas.

That's a great idea. Get some exposure for yourself, make some money, and then turn to investors.
