What is it?

Normally involves selling a product or service generally supplied by a 'mother' company. You will be paid a larger commission on products, services sold and a smaller percentage from people whom you have introduced to the scheme.

Generally You start as level 1, anyone introduced by you is your level 2 and people they introduce are your level 3 and their level 2.

As the mother company does not have to spend lots on advertising they are able to disperse these saving to their networkers.

I believe that if you have chosen the right company you can actually build a strong and very reliable residual income. It should be noted joining these companies should not be looked upon as an easy ride. As future monies will be needed for advertising and team building. The long term benefit is as your group grows you begin to build a residual income. Money made as your downline works, makes sales.
