I eBayed myself through college. The business is still running strong, and I'm branching out into other businesses. Just about anyone can make a go of it on eBay.

Yeah but with ebay you have to find a product and market it still.. Hell I can program a store no problem, just need a reasonable product.

There's an underlying theme to this thread that I think is being missed: "Find A Need And Fill It". That's what vending machines, car washes, laundromats, and "Piggy Bank Websites" do.

Whatever you choose, make sure:
1. It's a need people will pay to fill
2. You can easily and affordably get at a number of people.
3. You can make a compelling case why they should go with your solution.
