Hi friends, I am 18 years old and can you tell me the right amount of calcium absorbed daily for me? I take my multi vitamin at night because the body only absorbs about 30% the daily value of calcium at a time. but it is a weight smart vitamin designed to boost metabolism and I am wondering if I would be better off taking it in the morning?What is your opinion?

Wow!!! These numbers seem outrageous! Do these people just need to "try" the vitamins or do they actually need to make a purchase? $1000 for 20 people? and $5000 for 100 people? Where does the money come from? There's a difference between "Trying" and "Purchasing for an arm and leg". It will hard to sustain this type of compensation plan. The company won't be around for long becuase it will run out of resources if a person just needs to get somebody to "try" it.
