Well I have one sales associate manager for my company but he isn't really as dedicated as I thought he would be. He contracted about 10 sales associates but only produced about 7 small sales in 5 month period when I really wanted to get atleast 10 good sales a month. So I need another sales associate manager who is willing to do whatever it takes to succed. Location dosen't matter now since our office is still under construction. I would like the person to be 18+ but if you aren't but have good skills I think we can work something out . I am looking around on forums like this one searching for someone that is good before I post the job in the newspaper here and at online job sites. Contact me if you have any questions!

Job Title: Sales Associate Manager
Job Details: This position requires some understanding of our web site development process and the ability to manage sales associates and meet sales quota.

Qualifications:
- Present information effectively and persuasively across communication settings.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with staff members.
- Be able to explain our services to sales associates.
- Ability to hire and manage sales associates to the best of their ability.
- Have a track record of meeting and exceeding staff goals.
- Ability to hire staff members that are capable of creating sales.
- Be able to be self-driven. It will be up to you to find staff members so must be able to complete company goals on your own.
- Is self-assured and confident in a variety of settings. Has a strong belief in own capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new staff members.
- Prepare and present consulting proposals to staff members.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Passion to achieve.

Sales Associates Managers will be paid a commission from the total sales of their sales associates. No selling by you will be required. Must be able to hire at least ten sales associates each month. Previous sales experience and management is a plus. Dedicated sales associate managers have a great chance to earn a six-figure income in the first few months if reach our company goals.
