Need 20 T-Shirts

Alright, I need 20 T-shirts give or take 1 or 2 with a screen printed design on it.
Front and back. Color design and color t-shirt.
I will need 2 color sets. The numbers of each will depend on some information I will be getting in the coming days.
Most likely (though not in stone yet) these sets will be:
1. Aqua/Light Blue shirt with Pink Lettering
2. Red Shirt with White or Yellow/Gold Lettering
The shirts must be durable, high-quality, pre-shrunk 100% cotton t-shirts.
I do not have all of the specifics yet however I will in a few days tops. I am basically trying to find out all of my possible options here.
I will pay in full via pay pal or credit card (pref. pay pal) at the time of purchase.
I have a certain time frame to get this done and the shirts delivered to me. By August 10th they need to be physically at my house if possible. In Iowa in the United States.
How much do you suppose this will run me per shirt? They will be varying sizes from small to XL.
The graphics will be provided by me once I get them from my graphic designer I am working with.
This is my first time purchasing custom shirts at all, no less online so bear with me. I just figured I may get more options going the internet route.
If anyone can provide their services and full fill these requirements please PM me. Do not post here please as I may miss it.
I do not care if they are from the Iowa, the U.S. in general, Mexico, China, Australia, whatever. As long as the price is decent and I can get them here by the time I need them, and that you can guarantee quality t-shirts and quality printing. I don't want some cheap crap design thats glossy looking and looks like a peel off and I do not want some t-shirt that will wear out, rip, or create a nuclear explosion when it tries to handle the washer and dryer. I do not want the shirts to fade or have the lettering turn pink after being in the washer a couple of times. I do not want the t-shirt material to be thin, flimsy, and delicate.
They don't have to be some super high quality shirts that cost $20 without the printing. But I don't want some $5 crap either. I expect something I would find at a quality respectable clothing retailer.
