I want the script more then the site. The script is like $300 tho!

I may buy the site and just change the site to what I want. I need it more for private reason, not public.

Does the site come with the script license? what is the term of the license?

I'm not sure that your auction is entirely accurate...you might want to avoid making claims about there not being sites with as many features since you're running a package that goes for $40 a month licensed. Since the footer is still in tact I'm assuming you did not fork out the extra $75 for the "Powered by PHPfox" to be removed. One would think that if you'd spent "thousands" customizing that removing that would have been step one towards custom branding the site.

The ratings feature is in use on Xanga one of the largest social networking sites so that's not an exclusive feature. Same goes for the tracking system as Xanga has implemented a "footprints" system and other sites have offered visitor tracking for a couple of years now.

These are just nitpicky things but it's best not to misrepresent what you're selling. Right now it looks like a LOT of fluff. I think your selling point is that the member base is rapidly expanding and shows potential. Maybe you should lose some of the claims about spending "thousands" on development and instead focus on the obvious...it's turn-key and membership is expanding quickly.

Also, is your advertising tool just a Myspace bot? Given that use of such a thing is in violation of myspace TOS I wouldn't hype that up at all. It can be useful but you may want to note in that you're essentially promoting spam and that it may not be something that can be legally used.

Again, these are nitpicky things...but anyone seriously looking for a business opportunity is going to be questioning these things. And most people who've done any research on the subject will know they can set something up like this rather inexpensively.

Hey, I'm just selling the site for scott. I am not really the one to be answering how much money was invested or what he put in to it. His member name of this forum is MYiParty.com. You can ask him anything you want about the website.

    Regards,

    Peter

Ya, apparently MYSpace.com looked at the listing and contacted ebay saying that they never gave us permission to use the word "MySpace." Due to Trademark laws they cancelled it. I have to relist it without the word MySpace in any part of the auction.....what a joke.

Doesn't Myspace have anything better to do??

If you want to be insanely rich, create and control markets.

MySpace is like that, after they alledgely banned YouTube links on their website, I was speculating that they wanted to take over the world and kill all compeitions.

Obviously, if there is another website that could remotely clone MySpace, ofcourse they would want to get rid of it ASAP.

I wonder what they would do to get rid of PHPFox and all thoes myspace clone scripts,
