    Money Maker

    Hi all-
I am looking into starting a mortgage brokerage firm with my partner, I heard it's a big money maker. I have all the license applications and am on the right track, however I'm looking for advice on what are good first steps. Does anyone know anything about the mortgage brokerage business?

Perhaps you should consult someone professional?

some businesses you can just jump straight into, but this isnt one of them. Just having all the forms isnt enough

I am working with a woman from Puerto Rico who made and lost millions as a mortgage broker. She was operating four brokerage houses in four different U.S. states. She lost a lot in the crash. Be careful! She may be available as a consultant if you are interested. Let me know and good luck!

When I was starting my Finance company, at first I wanted to get into the Secondary Mortgage market, but the shear complexity, and regulation turned me off very quickly to the idea. I still would like to get into this market as well once I become well established first.

The only people who make money online are the ones who think up the scams and manage to get other people to send money for start-up packages, lists of "clients," etc. If it were possible to make any kind of money online, why would anyone drive to work?
