Hello

1.Take inventory. Before you take over the stand, make sure you have plenty of food on hand. If you don't, send someone to buy the necessary items, so you don't run out. Obviously, you aren't going to make a profit if you don't have the items to sell.
2.Enlist the help of your family. Try to get everyone involved. The more help you have, the easier it will be to run the concession stand. If you have older children who will be watching the younger ones play, have them come early or stay late, so you have additional help.
3.Arrive early. This will give you time to observe what is selling and what isn't. If you have pretzels and popcorn or hamburgers and hot dogs selling fast, try to make them in advance so your customers don't have to wait as long.

Hello
1. A concession stand sells food and drinks to the public through a mobile or temporary set up. Deciding on the product for sale is the first step in opening a concession stand. A stand owner needs to service customers in a fast paced environment, so the product served should be easy to make. Keep a concession stand menu as simple as possible to make it easy for you to make and your customers to order. Work with local distributors to get the best pricing on supplies so your profits will be higher.
Purchase a Concession Stand
2. Purchasing a concession stand is as important as buying a brick and mortar restaurant. Inspect every detail of the stand prior to purchase and get a guarantee if possible. A concession stand may include fryers, ovens and refrigeration units, all of which should be inspected by professionals prior to purchase. Building a concession stand is possible, though not suggested to those with no construction experience. The building process needs to go through the same inspection process as that of a used stand. The key is to make the stand mobile, safe and clean.
