Marketing Position Available

I'm looking for at the most 5 people to work for me as internet marketers. They will be responsible for marketing my products online.

Features of the position:

Pay is $40/month if you make at least one sale for me per month, pay will increase the more sales you make.
You can work as much or as little as you want.
Payment to you can be made via either paypal or check, your choice.
This is a work from home position, but communication via email on a weekly basis is required.
A non-disclosure agreement must be signed prior to starting work.
You will be working as an Independent Contractor, so no taxes will be collected from your pay.
You don't spend a dime to work for me, there are no fees, start-up costs, or anything, I am a real company offering this position.

My current marketer is going on pregnancy leave, and she makes over $1,000/month with this program.

So is it basically an affiliate program then?

It is a commissioned based sales position. You do have a tracking code link like an affiliate program, but I am more involved in the process of helping you advertise, get started, etc.
