No.

There are plenty of companies that will send you traffic for a fee. Some of those are outright scams, the others are just paying people fractions of pennies to visit your site...they're never going to buy anything from you.

Just think about it: if they can deliver "high converting ultra targeted sales from the major search engines" then why aren't they doing that to generate sales instead of spamming forums like this?

From what i have read about this on marketing forums its a scam.

Imagine this... you had a way to get thousands of targeted visitors to your websites for free!!!!!!!! and could get hundreds of thousands in sales!!!!!!

What would you do, create like 100 websites and products of your own and make $100,000 each site every 4 months.

Or offer this "service" to other people and only take 15%?

These guys use google adwords to get traffic to there website www.morethantraffic.com

Your analysis make sense. Nowadays, there are many website saying how to make US$50,000 or above per month. I think most of it is scam.
