Looking to mentor future real estate investors

As you all know the real estate market is very slow at the moment and has forced me to turn my head to other business ventures. Im working on expanding my real estate business for future business transactions. Foreclosures are through the roof and are only going to end up in one place. The banks will eventually have so many properties they will be forced to sell them for little to nothing. This creates huge investment opportunities for those in the right place at the right time. Some are predicting this will occur next year or a little later but for now no one really knows. Im looking to take a few eager entrepreneurs under my wing and teach them the business in return for there service in growing my business.
