This is pretty neat.

As for the scrolling message about getting banned...I'd remove that. If someone does something that's against the rules and they don't know it...the first time...you let them off the hook, period.

As a moderator on a bunch of forums, you always give people a second chance. If you had 100,000 users I could see banning people on a whim, but that message sounds sorta totalitarian and as a new forum you can't afford to come across that way.

The website is obviously a template for a multi gaming syndicate website. Taken off somewhere like www.clantemplates.com

Sorry to say, but if you are planning on anyone ever paying attention to this website then you need to at least use a template that fits your websites subject. I suggest looking into others that might be interested in starting it up with you.. like a web designer for one.
