Looking for Partners

Hey everyone, I am looking for a few entreprenuers to help me make this happen. I own a successful moving company in Maryland. We charge the customer by the hour for labor to load and unload trucks during a move, almost always a Uhaul or Penske truck. Currently I do not have my own trucks but I am looking into getting them. I am already on my way to forming "Pacific West" which will be an express moving service between California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorodo, Oregon, and Texas. The migration reports from the US Census Bureau reported that the states above have the highest percentage of movers going in and out of them. In other words, more than 1 million people each year move between the states listed above. So, I am a VERY ambitious guy and I usually try to do everything myself, however everything is becoming quite overwhelming. Yeah, Washington State is a player in the California migration. My main focus is on Nevada, Arizona, and Colorodo though. Whats your educational and experience backround??
