Looking for help with finding an Investor

Hello my name is Dave and I had just posted a thread about looking for an investor and was wondering if there is anyone out there that could point me in the right direction as to how to find someone willing to invest about $50,000.00 to purchase a vacant lot so I can build a new house on to sell. I am new here as of today so any info would be great. Thanks for your help!

Hopefully you know what you're talking about, cause if not, a lot of money will be lost.

I already have plans and quotes figure the house can be built for around $130,000.00 plus $50,000.00 for the lot and sell at around $240,000.00. I just need the money for the lot.
