just been looking at your site, it would seem that it is a carbon copy of another forum. When I say it's a copy it is as after doing a whois lookup on both sites then it would appear that www.thewholesaleforums.co.uk was registered long before yours was, for those unsure then please do a search for whois on any search engine and check these 2 sites for yourself!

I wouldn't bother doing a link exchange now as your content is a copy and google will find it and ban your url which then will black list the links on your site!
