Iam searching for a Lawyer (preferably) as a partner who can help me in registering a US office in San Jose, CA for a Software Company already operational in India.

What benefit do you get from this company?
You will be given a stake in the company worth 5%.

With the Vision and the goals which I have set for myself iam certain we might be next ‘Google’

Existing Company:

I have a software company in India (with 14 people on its payroll), specializing in e-commerce, web development, website hosting and custom software development and more.

I’m looking to open an office of the same company in the United States at San Jose, CA. This office would serve as an extension of the existing company outside India and would help me in expanding the existing business.
I plan to grab software projects from companies in the United States and outsource the work to my Indian Office.

Why do I require a partner?

Iam on an H1B Visa and on this Visa I cannot open a business and work for it as well. I need an American citizen/Green Card Holder who will serve as my partner and on whose name the company will registered.








Iam targeting Attorneys specializing in Immigration law for the following reasons:

• He/She would have great knowledge of Immigration Laws of US
• He/She would understand the concepts of Business Law.
• He/ She would be in a better position to understand the concept of a LLC and to understand that there is no risk in opening the company in his/ her name.
• I would venturing into the Immigration Services Business in the near future, where I would be providing assistance/ guidance to individuals pursuing US immigration or US Visa’s from India in categories like Investment based, Student visas and the new business opportunity for points based system. I would take the assistance from you in this field and would pay you on an hourly basis apart from the 5% stake.


I plan to open various online stores selling Indian arts and crafts. I have my resources in India who would help me in importing these goods to US.

My target is to reach revenue of $5 million in a span of 3-5 years and $20 million within 10 years.

Please give me an opportunity to showcase in detail about my existing business, projects completed, projects underway, and also explain my vision and future plans.
