Looking for a new Logo Design

I'm looking for a new logo design. Since this company is my baby, I'm a little on the picky side. I also work mainly with professional photographers and artists, so it needs to be VERY professional and at the same time creative.

I prefer someone who would give a lot of rough ideas and go from there. Willing to pay good money, ideally I would like to trade for printing services. Amount would vary based upon number of ideas and your experience / portfolio.
