Looking for a Designer

YE Members,

I am part of the local Chamber of Commerce and every now and then Mom and Pop stores come and ask me for web presence. Before, I outsourced to India, but after running into problems, I am in the market for a new designer. Preferable one who is proficient in HTML, CSS as well as flash and has experience with some coding. I can either refer them to your company, or I can handle sales and negotiation.
