hi guys. i am looking for a partner who knows web designed about a new idea for a site i had. it is a location based social networking for college students. I have vast knowledge of the US college market as I am in college myself and currently have a site serving the market, would be in charge of pr, marketing, coming up with new concepts, helping with conceptualizing the design, and such and need someone who would be willing to come up with the programming aspect. let me know if you are interested and i can give you some more intimate knowledge of my idea. i am currently working on adobe illustrator on a mock up design just to give people interested a more concepualized idea of what the site would be. let me know

I'd be interested in getting involved with this but I'm not a web designer and I don't live in the US. I do have some basic ideas surrounding localised/niche social networking though, as well as localised websites.

i currently have a site serving the college market called studentbid.com. we have currently stopped our marketing campaign as we are totally redesigning the site expanding to 5 more schools and adding a bunch of great new features. the social networking idea i have would be based more on locations around college campuses and the more popular ones based on user activity, so if your looking for a good bar you can find out where people go and if you are looking for some good mexican food you can find that too.
