Just wondering if anyone is familiar with this company? I was thinking about joining, but every time I look it up on the net, all I'm getting is hundred of complaints. Is it really worth the investment? I would really like to hear both the pro and cons. Thanks,

Hi there. I saw that Liberty League International thing not to while back. I believe it is some personal development site or at least that what thier product is based around on. The only problem that I had was that you had to sign-up(with all the cost) and then sell conference tickets. The first few sales however do not go into your pocket . You have to be qualified before earning a penny.

This company seems legit, but may not be for everyone. It certainly was not for me. These are a few reasons why I did not do this.

1) The product is very costly

2) Not everyone is going to want to buy a ticket to a personal development conference

2a)Not everyone is going to want to pay that much for one.

3) I am not an expert sales man

4) I know people who would benefit from this product, but not for that price tag.

5) There was another company, that I joined, that was also focused in personal development and had a better overall plan and product.(At least I believe so.)

Anyway I think it is something that could change your life if you know people who are willing to pay for the product or if you are a great sales person. If you wanted a yes or no answer from me I would tell NO that program is not worth anything. But then again I do not who you are or your background or your interests.

I get a lot of calls from people that ask me what makes a great business model and what should one look for when looking at all these companies out there. I think product is the main issue. If you are not marketing a product that you see value in or enjoy then the business probably isn't going to work with you. I think you also need to be involved in a Direct Sales model that markets high end products that have high profit margins. I firmly believe it is just as easy to sell at $1500 product than to sell a $50 product. The key is you must convey value. I think MLM is very hard to make a six figure income with. But it can be done, it just isn't for me. You need a down line of usually thousands to make it work. I also tell people to AVOID like the plague any program where you keep 100% of the profits. The FTC and SEC will eventually be all over that. That is nothing but a money game. It cannot be justified, you are admitting the products are worthless by selling them for the cost of commission the rep fully keeps.

I think a system is mandatory, and the simpler the better. This is Direct Sales and involves phone work, and posture. Just like anything else in life they are buying you along with your product and plan. So you better be in this industry for a long term commitment, and not just hoping for a quick fix. You must hone your skills in prospecting, lead generation, and posture. This all comes with experience. Some pick it up in months, some it takes years. Be prepared. And again your compensation plan must be lucrative enough where the person can see themselves actually earning realistic part time income in the foreseeable future.

I have picked Emerald Passport for numerous reasons. First of all is the product. I believe in the Web-education industry and I believe in teaching people information that should have been taught to us in high school and college. I love the fact we are the only ones in the marketplace that have a guest pass. We can show people the courses before they buy, opposed to some antiquated return policy. It is imperative they see value in the products before they join. I have been part of a couple companies where you get the product in the mail and you can't believe you spent 1500 for it. I love the fact we are able to add value to the product. The new course coming out this fall teaching parents new ways to help their kids learn will be huge. Our marketplace with this product is endless opposed to the other companies that are narrow focused say on personal development or travel etc. We have something for everyone, real estate, forex, negotiation, entrepreneurship, negotiation, etc. The product is practical and useable. I know I spent 2k for a poetry class in college and feel it was worth about 10 cents! The system here is also cookie cutter. Create the lead with a movie, act as a tour guide to inform ( all at one site) and then answer questions. No hard closes, no are you in or out routines. I believe in exposures and due diligence.

Again you can make money I believe with ANY business. Honestly most people though dont because they are sold on fast riches and not sold on longevity and commitment. The ROI though on these direct sales models can be massive compared to brick and mortar and franchises. 90% of restaurants fail, who wants to though put up 500k to make it work. Here the normal person has a much better shot. Now is the time of year to join ANY BUSINESS that can help make 2008 better for you. Plus its a tax write off for 2007!

i had a call from these people . some guy was talking to me and telling me that i could make money he told me first to listen to a 1hour phone meeting after that he sked me if i had any question.

its kinda rip of since they asked me to pay $50 for startup kit
and to prove that i'm a seriose entrapeneur they told me to sell 6 packeges which is like $1000 each or buy 2 and i only sell one which is kinda of scam if u noticed that . and i'm not exagerting either/ its aposed to be a bunch a casstes that u sell that is aposed to help your life. why would i want to buy a video that helps and change my life . who would buy it? there is no reason to sell this stuff.

and then they expect u to scam other to follow your step and u'll be making full profits from their 5 startup sales

Liberty League is not a scam. The product though is very narrow and not for everyone. I think the emerald passport product is much more comprehensive and has much more value. Plus the fact they continue to add value to it. The new course teaching parents how to teach their children more effectively will explode sales. Everyone though must do their due diligence .
