    Exclamation Languages

Hi, I'm still at college but I really want to start my own business that is language orientated. Now I'm not really sure if there's much call for languages in today's market, but I'd like to get into translating. I don't even know where to begin! Any advice would be much appreciated!

In reality the translation market is saturated. But if you are interested in doing one off projects for people you should offer your services on scriptlance.com and elance.com

    Why language?

Why target the market of languages and translations? Why don't you create your own language, like some source of code. Languages are old codes are new.

I agree with Grizzly the market is saturated. But if you know without a doubt this is what you want then don't give up. Its a tough market no doubt but there may be some money to be made, enough to make it worthwhile - *IF* you present your business right.
