Keeping in touch til the timing is right

    Hello,

My name is Mike Chadwick and I'm writing you from Rochester, NY. I operate an international marketing business with a direct selling company called USANA.

Does anyone have ideas for a good contact management system? My team is doing a great job of generating new leads but we're struggling with maximizing the opportunities from the old ones. You know there is always a timing issue involved . Your customer has to have both the need for your product and the money to buy it , but very often they want it but just don't have the money right now, or won't have the money and that's another issue all together. At my day job I do inside sales for a leading payroll provider, we have a simple database that is just excellent. It keeps all customer info and has a calendar so the computer can remind me when to call back, I can keep notes after every call, but of course they don't want us copying it so I don't even know the name of the company that makes it.

Note I'm open to feedback from anyone that does internet marketing .

Have a great day! You can contact me through this forum or on my email mike@michaelchadwick.net.

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Contact Management

I would suggest using either act or salesforce. I have only used ACT, and recently started using act premium for web. It is extremely easy to use and very efficient.
