    Hi there, I am would like some information on Shares if you know any Any Feedback Is appreciated. The questions i want to know are:
    1. Where Do You Go To Get A Share
    2. If The Company Falls And Your Share Goes Into Negative Do You Have To Pay More Money?
    3. How Old Do You Have To Be To Get One

    And if you really cant find anything www.investopdeia.com will really help you out, its an excellent resource with tons of tutorials specially designed for absolute beginners.

    1) Depends on what kind of share. There is a difference between public and private stock.

    2) Usually no, but it's different with private stock and down rounds

    3) By purchasing securities the purchasing entity enters into a contract. For valid contracts you have to be of an age that's applicable to your jurisdiction.

    To learn more, I strongly suggest a tertiary level course in finance, or a guide of some sort from your local stock exchange.

    If you pick up the phone and call a brokerage firm, they'll tell you about the technicalities of trading listed securities.
