I don't mean to be rude, and maybe this will even help you out a little. But I'm sure everyone here has heard this all before, its nothing new. You might want to try to figure out new lingo that doesn't instantly turn people away. Try an indirect approach.

Not sure what you mean. I am new to this. What do you mean by the indirect approach?

There's two ways to do things. Personally and non-personally. The non personal approach often seems easier just because you can get more done in less amount of time. The personal approach will take more time, but often produce better results.
Now, with personal and non-personal, you can either be direct or indirect. Being direct is pretty much what you did in your first post, just coming right out and putting your info out there and people can take it or leave it. Most will leave it, just because it sounds like every single other business opportunity out there.
Being indirect means that you don't just come out and say things right away. You strike up conversation with a person, you build up report with them, so that way when you do mention something, they are more likely to listen to you.
Plus, you want to stay away from hyping it up. Using lingo that is toned down more like "I'm new, but I'm working with some people who are making pretty good money, it all depends on what you are capable of doing". Most people don't need to be hyped, they need to be challenged.
Whoever your up line is should be training you and teaching you all this stuff. I'm familiar with the prepaid legal program, but I'm not very familiar with their training program. Do they have one?
