I'm looking for a talented web developer to work full-time on an exciting new project of mine. Here are the specifics...

Required Skills and Experience:

At least 1 years experience with all of the following: HTML/Flash Programming, Javascript, PHP
Expertise with translating designs into production-quality code that is W3 compliant and multi-browser cross-platform compatible
Working knowledge of and enthusiastic interest in keeping up with "best practices" and new technologies Great work ethic.

Must be enthusiastic and thrive in a creative start-up environment.

Preferred Experience:
UI design
CSS
Pixel art
Logo design

...What else can you bring to the table?

Pay:
If you meet deadlines and do a good job then you will be given a share in the business 10% to 50% on how well the project was executed and deadlines met.

Location: You will be home-based with weekly updates by e-mail.
