I am developing an online concept that requires a new form of data capture / presentaion.
Visitors to the website would have the option to complete two text boxes.
The information requested would be two zip codes.
It is neccesary that the zip codes imput be identified as "unique" to that person, so that person could not duplicate another input.
I don't want email adresses used for that, or identity information but instead some other unique identifier that will make each person who enters two zip codes, unique, and prohibit that person from entering again.
There would be one added option for one other data imput, but including this piece of information would not be required but optional.
When a person submits, my system must add the two zip codes to a "data list" that is concurrently compliled for each zip code in a predefined city with a list of zip codes assigned to the city receiving the input.
On another page, there would be a list of USA States, and then Cities / towns within each state.
A selection of a town would then take visitor to the page that would reveal "real time" the up-to-the-minute total of all unique visitors that have submitted their two zip codes and the totals of the ones that also submitted the optional data.
It could conceivably occur, that a visitor would imput both zip code text boxes of the same zip code number. In that case, the total of THAT zip code in THAT city would only increase by one visitor.
Any quesitons? PM please.
Want cost and time line to deliver.
