I plan on potentially launching several significant websites in the near future, and I want to do it right. Although I know the basics of online marketing and such, I am by no stretch of the imagination, an expert.

Therefore, I am looking for a partner who would be willing to do the marketing/promo for these sites in exchange for a share of future profits.

This could ever be a very smart or bad idea.

If you partner with someone who has experience that is making the company profitable then bad things can happen... I figure its usually best to know and if you don't know then learn about advertising and marketing... afterall this is the lifeblood of any business. Just a thought

Well, there would definitely be legalities involved. I actually know very much about advertising and marketing. However, I want someone entirely dedicated to the promotion so that I can focus on other things.
